At Ozi Picks, we ship products from Australia to rest of the world using reliable air and sea freight services. We offer free delivery for Asian region & most countries in rest of the world

1. Shipping Options

  • Express Shipping: Fast delivery via air (typically 5-10 business days).

  • Standard Shipping: Cost-effective air freight (10-15 business days).

  • Sea Freight: Suitable for bulk orders (typically 4-6 weeks).

2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs depend on the weight, size, and delivery method chosen at checkout.

3. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

4. Customs & Duties Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country authorities.

5. Tracking Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of health and beauty products, returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Defective or damaged items may be eligible for replacement or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Used or Opened items such as vitamins and supplements.

  • Used Fragrances and cosmetics due to hygiene concerns.

3. Return Process

  • Email returns@ozipicks.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • If eligible, we will provide return instructions.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
